Wellness Coaching is a reflective process in which clients discover and develop their own goals to enhance certain aspects of their life based on their own inner strengths and vision. The client is the expert, the coach the guide. During each session the useful process unfolds and the client partakes in a journey of defining, focusing, and working towards achieving self discovered sustainable goals.
